● Q: If I am unhappy with the service can I revoke the contract?
● A: Yes! Our Agreements are binding only as long as both parties are
in agreement.
● Q: What other considerations should I take into account when looking
to hire a consulting firm?

“sold” you the service. Be sure of the background and expertise of the
assigned consultant.
● Q: Do I get charged for an initial consultation to review my situation?
● A: NO! EMSI will not bill you for the opportunity to discuss with you
the details of your need or situation.
